MUSKA YOUSUF

Attorney Yousuf focuses exclusively in the area of family and divorce law.  She has handled complex family law matters involving custody, alimony, child support, the division of marital assets and debts, and restraining orders.  Attorney Yousuf has dealt with some of the most highly contentious issues, including finding hidden assets, allegations of alcohol and substance abuse, allegations of physical and sexual abuse, allegations of parental alienation, as well as defending against false allegations raised in the context of custody matters.

Attorney Yousuf is also an effective negotiator.  She received her certificate in mediation through MWI. Most cases do not go to trial, therefore, it is important to have an advocate that knows how to mediate disputes, de-escalate tension, and assist the parties in creating a mutually-beneficial settlement.  Attorney Yousuf will never drag a client through a long, stressful, and costly trial, if the matter can be negotiated amicably through mediation.
